TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL: CaNosta sleeps 6 in three bedrooms with the option of 2 on the sofa-bed on the ground floor (please advise if you require the use of the sofa-bed, a supplement will apply). The property is rented on a weekly basis, accommodation only and the price includes bed linen, towels and reasonable cleaning. The rental period will be from Saturday after 3:00pm to the following Saturday no later than 10:00am. No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted in the house. There is no phone or internet connection but mobile phone coverage is fine. We have no satellite dish but there is TV and HiFi for CD, DVD, MP3 etc playback. The house is also equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas central heating, gas hob, fridge-freezer, outside picnic-table and barbeque.

BOOKING: When booking, a 30% deposit will be required. A booking is only confirmed when we have received payment and sent you written acknowledgment and confirmation. Full payment is required 2 months prior to your arrival date. Bookings less than 2 months in advance will require payment in full. Failure to make any payments by due dates will invalidate your confirmed booking.

CANCELLATIONS: If a booking is cancelled more than 2 months in advance of arrival date 25% of the full cost will be charged. Cancellations within 2 months of arrival date will be charged in full so please insure you have adequate travel insurance to cover holiday cancellation charges. If for unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel your booking we will offer full refund or alternative dates. Cancellation charges may be reduced subject to reselling the week or weeks cancelled for the same price.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of £250 will be required 2 months prior to arrival date to cover any damage to the property, its contents or to replace any missing items. We will also deduct from this sum the costs for any additional cleaning, over and above the ‘reasonable cleaning’, that is included in the price. To avoid this we suggest that guests replace any lost, damaged or broken items, where possible and leave the house in a resonably clean and tidy condition.

LIABILITIES: Guests use the property and any appliances, entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or claim due the personal injury or loss of property howsoever caused. We will not accept any claim for losses due to stoppages of public services, adverse weather conditions, storm, floods, acts of war or terrorism or anything that is out of our control. If there are any significant problems with the property or its features as described we shall inform our guests as soon as possible. If the property is damaged substantially or rendered unusable we will fully refund money paid, limited to the rental cost of the period booked.

KEY COLLECTION: This will be pre-arranged with our local agent. Loss of keys will result in a charge of €75 (Euros)
